minor ui bugs in 1.6.5, 1.6.6

1. when maximized, listctrl's border sometimes do not resize.
2. horizontal scrolling on this control has too small page in maximized state.

As well as the "floating minimize to tray" button I previously mentioned, I notice the tab order is slightly off in the 'edit contact' form.

The fields are in the order:
Mobile:
Mobile (H):
Mobile (W):
Home:
Work:
Fax:
Other:

But when tabbing, the new Mobile (H)/(W) fields are skipped until you get to Other: and it then tabs to the new Mobile (H)/(W) fields.
