I have got a new batch of SMS messages that I want to download onto my PC and previously MyPhoneExplorer has been fine for doing this but this time, and I can't remember changing any settings or anything, it just won't work. The phone connects fine, and I can download contact information, but when I click the Refresh button to download the messages, it displays a pop up window saying it's downloading messages which quickly disappears after about 1 second. No messages appear either.
It's driving me insannnnnnnne, I've tried Float's Mobile Agent aswell and that won't download the messages either, but the messages are most definitely on the phone!?

Yes I have taken out the battery and restarted many times and it still doesn't work

Hmm - i am loosing ideas...
Its SURE that its an issue from the phone and its also SURE that it has nothing to do with the settings you made. The next step would be a complete master-reset, but with this step you will loose all existing messages and its also not sure if it works correct after the Master-reset.

If I have changed any settings, any idea how I'd be able to undo them? E.g. in MyPhoneExplorer. Now I think of it, MyPhoneExplorer did ask me something about archiving messages just before this problem started, and I clicked yes and then it hasn't worked since then. I've tried reinstalling the program and I've done a system restore, both didn't work. It's sooo frustrating!! Is there no way I can access the SMS file on my phone?
