Application crashing

I have 2 laptops. This one is XP OS. Application running well. Other is Vista. It worked fine for a while. Once I tried to consolidate all conntacts from various saved files. Since then, Flash Screen appears but application doesn't remain. It is automatically switched off/disappears. I downloaded the new version, then installed it too. Problem remains still. Why? This software has made me a fan of SE. I don't want to lose this feeling. Samsung software has soooooooo many limitations. I can't even get all the sms to the comp if it is EMS(god knows how it matters!). Please help me with this problem of the application crash. Also, will it work with W910i? or W580i?

Basicly it should work with the W)10 and W580.

Can you post please the logfile ( %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt )
