cannot load sms from phone (w800)

pls help... i cannot load sms from phone memory.

I remember I did something where I made my phone messages memory unilimited... (i found the procedure on some site)

in memory status, it shows:
Used: 466
Free: 6520
Total: 6986

but I did this long before and used myphonexplorer just fine...

I don't know if it's because of version 1.6.4... I have vista ultimate.

any help would be appreciated.. thanks!!

What happens if you try to download them ? (there are often problems with sms after the phones are tweaked. Its in general not recommened to do this)

when I load the messages, a popup appears and shows -please wait- "load messages from phone..." and then "load messages from SIM card..."

but the popup is very quick, i don't even see the progress bar moving. then it closes and no messages are loaded.

The phone answers with "+CMS ERROR: 500" which means that an unknown error happened. Maybe it works if you reastart your phone but i'm afraid this will not fix the problem.
