I can not connect my K750 with Myohone explore

I install the new version1.6.4,but it disappeared when I connect my K750 .
I re-install many times,but failed.

What shows the logfile after the crash ?

I use USB cable to connect my K750
But now It closed automatically even I only open myphone explore without connect the cell phone.

Please rename the folder %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer to "MyPhoneExplorer_backup" and try it again

Hi,I did this,but it displays "Run-time error 339,Component'ccrpDtp6.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid" when I click the button of myphone explore.
what's wrong?

OK - then its an installation issue.
Ensure that you install MyPhoneExplorer with admin-rights. The first connect should be also done with admin-rights. If your WinXP has a feature called "DEP" then set an exception for the setupfile in it.
