Does this software only work with sony phone

Hi i have just backed up a sony K810i for a friend can i restore this backup to a blackberry (he neglected to tell me he was getting a blackberry when i backed up the phone)

MyPhoneExplorer is NOT compatible with Balckberry-Phones. You can export the data from MyPhoneExplorer as *.vcf/*.vcs and then import it with another software into the blackberry.

How do i do that sorry to be dumb but i've not been using the software long so any help would be great and many thanks for the reply you have already provided.

Select all contacts using CTRL+A, then rightclick->Import/Export->Export whole phonebook

The same you can do in the organizer
