Problems connecting K850i by Bluetooth

Hi,
I'm trying to connect a K850i to my (work) Dell laptop which runs Windows 2000 and the Dell Bluetooth software. As far I can tell the phone is connected, certainly I can see the files on the phone using the OBEX File Transfer service. However, MPE can't see the phone and I can find no mention of a serial port service in the Bluetooth software. "My Bluetooth Places" on the laptop shows seven services available from the phone:

• Dial-up Networking
  Hands-Free Gateway
  HID Mouse and Keyboard
  PAN Network Access Point
  OBEX File Transfer
  OBEX Object Push
  OBEX IrMS Sync Server

Can anyone suggest what I should do next?

I'm trying to use MPE as the Sony Ericsson software no longer supports Windows 2000. If anyone has any other suggestions for syncing contact and calender with Outlook then please let me know!

"Serial Port" is a basic service for Bluetooth. There must be somewhere a place to activate it. I don't have the Dell-Bluetoothsoftware so i cannot tell you where exacly you can find it.
