Recurring calendar event not visible for syncing

Recurring calendar events are not showing in the desktop client of MPE 2.1. I edited the recurrence in Outlook (2021), stopped and restarted MPE, event is still not showing. Tried settings -> sync -> events and tasks -> advanced and clicked reset sync-history, then OK. Restarted MPE and recurring event is still not showing.

Is there a way refresh MPE's view of Outlook events in the client?

I can't reproduce your problem.
What kind of series appointment is it exactly?

Is the appointment maybe stored in the wrong Outlook-Folder?
If you still have no success then please:
- run MyPhoneExplorer in debugmode: Win-Key +R -> myphoneexplorer debug -> OK
- do the calendar sync
- send me the logfile via email with a link to this thread: Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile

Hi Ira, To refresh MPE's view of Outlook events, try forcing a full sync in the settings. Also, double-check for any filters that might be hiding events. If the issue persists, consider deleting the recurring event in Outlook and recreating it. Lastly, ensure you're using the latest version of MPE for any bug fixes. Good luck!
