Program Automatically Closes after sync

The program automatically closes on the PC after sync and I must re-open it to sync again.
It just started doing this several weeks ago and has never done it in the past.
I looked through the settings and could not find anything mentioning auto close.

After which synchronization (contacts, appointments...) does this problem occur ?
Is a 3rd program like e.g. Outlook included in the sync?
Then please test it without Outlook one time.
