recurrent appointments don't syn in latest version

In the last couple of months, MyPhoneExplorer stopped syncing monthly recurring appointments, which show in Outlook without a problem.
This is a new problem for me which has never occurred before.
I am using MyPhoneExplorer 2.0, Windows 10 (always updated). The problem does not seem to be the link to the phone (Samsung S20 FE 5G) but the desktop client since the recurrent appointments don't appear on the MyPhone... desktop calendar. The problem started after updating MyPhone... to v. 2.0. I did not change any of the settings I had used previously.
Any suggestions how to remedy this?
