unable to run program

i get a windows error report whenever i try to run my phone explorer. then the program automatically shuts down.

I have tried uninstalling and redownloading the program from the website but the same error message appears.

help me please!

Any errors while installing ?

Nope, no errors while installing. I've been using the program for about 3 weeks actually. But a few days ago, I plugged my phone in using a USB cable and the program hanged at the 'initiating connection' screen. So I unplugged the phone and restarted the computer. I haven't been able to run the program after that.

OK, go to Start-Run-%appdata%-OK
You'll see now your Appdata-Folder. Then rename the folder "MyPhoneExplorer" to "MyPhoneExplorer_backup". After this try again to start MyPhoneExplorer
