Txt/SMS image location on computer

HI . . . When someone sends me an image on my Galaxy Note 5, I can't find it after syncing to my desktop. What folder would it be in? Thanks

Hello, from my understanding you click on the top left hand corner on the image in the bottom preview windows and save the image to any location you wish.
Other wise they have storage in a database.

This might depend on the application you use for sending and receiving files. With Samsung's file manager you should be able to search for that folder, provided that the application does save the images as files in accessible folders (see answer of mh5bl). If MPE does not include that folder in sync by default, you should be able to add that to the file sync settings.
