I have been using My Phone Explorer for many years with no problems and love it. However, it has suddenly started giving me a message saying:
"connection to phone could not be established: Phone could not be identified". I have tried everything I can think of including uninstalling the software, re-downloading it and installing it on my PC and deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling it.
The problem has not gone away.
Is this something to do with the latest version of Windows 10?
I would really appreciate some help as I am lost without being able to synchronise my phone with outlook on my computer.

Re: Phone not identified
From time to time, I experience this problem too on Windows 8.1. In that case, terminating the myphone explorer client on the phone and then restarting it helps.davestewart hat geschrieben:connection to phone could not be established: Phone could not be identified
I use the Wifi connection method with a BT Smarthub 2 and have found that by using different wireless access point I am able to connect reliably.
