Hi there,
I have a dual boot system Windows 7 is able to connect using wifi Windows 10 is not able to. The screen of the device does light up as it attempts to connect.
USB connection works fine. I have tried more than one android device and no issues with Windows 7. However, no wifi connections with Windows 10. I have tried also by disabling both antivirus and firewall.
