Error in downloading new version

Hello,

I was downloading version 1.8.13 and I was asked to close the running MPE. I closed it but the download got stuck and I couldn't cancel it, so I stopped the process with Process Explorer. I started the installation again but got this error. Tried several times, new downloads, same error. See attachment. Please help because my old version with all my data is gone.

I had another problem downloading an update from another program, so that made me think some temporary bug might be there in my system and I did a reboot and then first downloaded version 12 and that went fine and then I downloaded 13. So everything is fine again.

Don't know what happened. If anyone can say something about the error message that would be nice, so I can learn from this.
