synchronising problem

since shortly I have a problem with my synchronisation . When I synchronise, it takes hours to load my calendar,before I had not this problem. What I tried already was deinstalling profoundly with Revo Uninstaller and reinstalling the software again, but with the same result.
I don't know what could be the problem.
