Missing scroll bar in "New message from" dialog

In version 1.8.12, there is no scroll bar in the "New message from: xxx" dialog. So for longer texts, you cannot scroll through it to read all of it, not with the mouse wheel either.

Only way I found is to select some of the text with the mouse and then expand it downwards, but that scrolls too quickly, so you just get to the end of the text instead.

As I often just read the incoming text in the "New message from" dialog (and then reply directly with Ctrl+R), it's a problem that I cannot read the entire text without extra clicks to open the text in a separate dialog.
