Sync subfolders not work

I choose direction: Phone to PC, Mode: save folder, Include subfolders and on the first time software download entire folder with subfolders and files in subfolders but second time after few days not synchronize witch PC. Only folder without subfolders, and without files in subfolders. What can I change in settings to take effect?

I just set up a WhatsApp sync job to test and it downloaded all files with just a *.* filter.

Let's see what happens on the next sync!

No issue here, but I am only using *.* as a filter.
