MPE not working - Windows 1809
I've just updated to Windows 10 Pro 1809 (64-bit) build 17763.348 and MPE now crashes immediately after the splash screen every time I try to open it.
I've installed the MyPhoneExplorer_DebugUpdate.exe patch and that hasn't made any difference.
It's always worked well before syncing calendar etc. with Outlook, so this is incredibly frustrating.
Outlook is from Office 365 with all latest updates - build 16.0.11328.20144 32-bit.
Further details below in case it helps.
I'm aware that others have had similar problems but can't see anything in any of the forum posts that helps.
Any assistance in getting this working again much appreciated.

I have the same issue - MPE stops working after initialising
I use Win 10. I had no issue with the OS and had been using MPE for many months, until an automated Win 10 patch from 2 weeks ago, and now the MPE looks as though it attempts to start, and can even connect via wifi momentarily before the active window "disappears" and the icon (bottom right of screen) disappears.
MPE is not usable like this.
Let me know if any stats/configuration required, and where I can source the details

To run the file "MyPhoneExplorer_DebugUpdate.exe" has helped to get MyPhoneExplorer client on my PC started. Thanks a lot!
Good point. You can check the size I suppose. Any differences mean that it has changed. But as this is free SW I don't expect the dev. to keep us appraised of all the changes made so I just install the 'debug-update' if something has been mentioned as being fixed.maid hat geschrieben:as this is an exe file, how do we know if it has been updated
