Can I backup the Phone Contacts?

My K800i went dead and I cannot switch it on. I brought it to the service centre and lost all my data.

Currently my computer has all the contacts in MPE. Anyway to make it sync back to my phone? I scare when I plug it back, it will actually delete all on my computer.

Normally MyPhoneExplorer detects if the phone-contactbase is empty and he will ask for upload them to phone. To be sure: Export the whole phonebook as *.vcf-File before you initiate the sync. Do this also with your appointments. And the most important: Copy all messages to the SMS Archive

rightclick->Import/Export->Export whole phonebook
