phone contacts locked

hi,

can anyone tell me whats i'm doing wrong..??

everything works fine but after i disconect, my phone says no accses to contacts as another program is running..!!

so i have to turn it off and re-boot..!!

is this normal..?

using outlook 2007

yes...
and it wont let me use any contacts..
unless i turn off the phone and reboot it!

steps taken..after program finishes..
phone still says "synchronizing" even after everything is finished..

i hit cancel..
but as soon as i try to access contacts.. i get this,,
"locked by another applacation .canot access contacts now"

very strange..
it never use to do this when i used SE sync..

any idea's

The message "synchronizing" should disappear automatically. Do you get any errors while syncing with MyPhoneExplorer ?

no errors...
oh.. i did get one.. when i tried to sync to out look then after that finished a error came up when i tried to do a back up to MyPhoneExplorer ..

its like it needa stop sync comand...

I have the same problem. But I did not even need to sync with outlook. A straightforward sync between Phoneexplorer and my K800 leaves my contact unaccessible. And on a multisync, all actions after the contact sync fail (organiser, message...) And when I try to resync, then the OBEX fails to initialise. Thanks

@mguillarme: Got the logfile via mail. Its a phone-realated bug. Choose phonebook-options-advanced-backup to M.S., then choose phonebook-options-advanced-Restore from M.S.

i've uninstalled it and gone back the sony program..
