I had success syncing my notes from outlook 2007 to my Windows 10 PC but can't figure out how to view them on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4?
Maybe there isn't a way? If there isn't, then I have an enhancement request for you. If there is, please tell me how.

You can sync your notes from Outlook with your android phone. There is in the phone a MPE own notes icon. Prerequisite is that the MPE client is installed on the phone and the connection is set up.
