Chat window of MPE cannot be moved if on secondary monitor

I have two monitors (screens) on my computer, and I like to sometimes place chat windows of MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.11 on the secondary monitor. But the problem is that a chat window cannot be moved (dragged) if I place it completely within the secondary monitor.

I can drag the window as long as a part of it is outside of the secondary monitor, but as soon as I drop it in a position where the entire chat window is within the borders of the secondary monitor, dragging is no longer possible. Then I have to resort to using hotkeys with AutoHotkey for moving the window; or close it, open it again (it always opens on the primary monitor), and move it from there, but that feels kind of silly.

Could it perhaps be made possible to move the chat window no matter what monitor it's on?

Edit: It cannot be resized either when it's on the secondary monitor.
