SERIOUS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP CONTACT GONE

I had this set not to sync with google and my phone only. I wiped out my contacts stored on google. I had 300+ entries in this program. Now somehow after my last sync it has just the 33 entries I placed today all else is gone. Anyway that this has some sort of backup stored where I can get everything back. THANK YOU
