BOMBS OUT DURING 'REFRESH CALL LOGS'

v 1.8.8 win 10 pro, android v8.0.0 samsung S8

Problem is intermittent and not seen a particular pattern to the failure. sync initiated from within PC app but always bombs during the refresh call logs. it hangs, errors usual win dialog when software bombs out.

don't know where to look for any useful log info to aid support of error.
