Suddenly I cannot sync my android phone over WI-fi with either of my two Windows 8.1 computers. They have been syncing fine for many months if not years. I did not change anything (intentionally).
When I try to sync, the window says "Searching......" then switches to "Connecting...." but then opens another window "Connection to phone could not be established!". During the process my phone "wakes up" then goes back to dark.
If I change from WI-if to Bluetooth syncing works fine on either computers.
I did the:
- Start 'MyPhoneExplorer Client' on phone
- If 'MyPhoneExplorer Client' is not installed on phone you can get it from 'Google Play'
- Ensure that WiFi is enabled on phone
- Ensure that MyPhoneExplorer will be not blocked by a firewall
- Ensure that the PC and the phone is connected to the same network (Router)"
Has anybody else experienced this?
What can be going on?
