I have added three new contacts on my Galaxy S7 but they are not being transferred into Outlook 2010 despite my settings showing 'Sync both' and the Outlook folder being set to '=>Outlook\ Contacts. On each attempt to sync them I am asked to confirm their deletion in the phone.
If I set the sync to 'Force phone -> Outlook' the sync appears to complete but the new contacts do not appear on Outlook.
I have 'Reset sync history' but this has not made any difference.
New contacts entered into Outlook are synced without any issues.
MyPhoneExplorer on both devices is the latest version and, until recently, I have had no problems.
