Problem with some recurring appointments

When configured a certain way, some recurring appointments do not show up in the Google Calendar app after syncing. When configured differently (in an apparently equivalent manner), they do show up.

In both cases MPE attempts syncing the specific appointment, in the sense that the confirmation dialog for the appointment is displayed.

Recurrence pattern that does not work: The [first] [day] of every [1] month(s).

"Equivalent" recurrence pattern that works: Day [1] of every [1] month(s).

I have not tested with different recurrence intervals and/or starting days.
