After upgrading to Win 10 bluetooth connection does not work

I discovered that the bluetooth connection stopped working after I have upgraded my PC to Windows 10.

First I saw that all previous connections were gone in bluetooth in windows 10.
I reestablished the connection and tested it worked by sending a file forth and back. It was OK.
Despite this fact and that bluetooth reports the connections are there myPhoneexplorer stops recognizing this.

In MyPhoneExplorer I can select a bluetooth connection in the settings box, but it refuses to use it and says there is no bluetooth connections available.

I thought it might have something to do with the setup, so I reinstalled the app both on the computer and the phone. No matter it will not work now.
