Two different messages mixed-up in MPE 1.5.9

I have two messages on my phone that appear to have been "mixed" when transferred to MPE v.1.5.9.

Message A is 365 characters on the phone and message B is 395 characters.

The two mesages as seen in MPE are 423 characters (181 from message A and 242 from message B) and 337 characters (184 from message A and 153 from message B).

The dates of the two merged messages are dated correctly for the original messages and the order of the text in the message shows the wrong text before the correct text. In other words, for what should be message A according to the date, the message has part of message B displayed before the piece of message A.

Finally, I have also deleted the profile and recreated from scratch but the result is the same.

Any ideas please?

UPDATE!...
I have got around the issue by moving both messages to Saved on the phone, resyncing in MPE, moving the message to archive, copying back to Inbox on the phone and then resyncing once more.

The messages then display completely - Still don't know the orginal cause!

This can happen if the some messages has the same identifier. Its a randomized value from 0 to 255. Its rare that it makes problems.

Thanks for the quick response and I understand what you are saying.

At least there is a way around it. I guess it will be an issue for some if they have a lot of messages and aren't lucky enough to notice a problem, but that's life!
