Archiving .. where is the archive file?

Hi there,

I'm a brand new user and I find MPE very good. I'm trying to find my way and I can't get hold of some features which I suppose exist, but I've not been able to find hints in other posts. here follows my question:

I need to save all my sms's but my phone can't cope. Then I have to delete them after 200 items. Using MPE I realize I can automatically "archive" them .. in my mind this means that they are moved somwhere on my PC or Phone but ..
- where is the archive file (so I can backup it to a different hard drive)?
- can I access it without MPE client?
- is it exportable in text files (for instance I noticed that backup db is text for contacts but SMS are hex or something like that)?

Hi.

- MPE's "database" is stored in "%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer"
- you can open MPE and read entries in archive without need to connect the client on your mobile
- you can mark the entries in archive, right-click and select "export". Then select the filetype you wish to export to (i.e. .html).
