Can't ACCEPT the call via notification on PC

Hi! Can somebody help me please:

I have Android 5.0. And when I want to asnwer the call by xxx ACCEPT in the notification on my PC, it simply doesnt work at all. Only by pressing REJECT it works.

What should I do?
