How I can backup my SonyEricson W700i and Motorola V3X?

I would like to read all content of my SonyEricson W700i and Motorola V3X mobiles and save it for later restore in case if they got virus infected or gamaged due to corrupt data?

For you SonyEricsson you can use MyPhoneExplorer for this, but not for your Moto.

I tried MyPhoneExplorer but it only backups data inside the phone not the firmware. I want to read phones firmware and then flash the phone later if they infected bt virus or damage due to corrupted data.

Sorry - this is not possible. For this you need Flash-Software. But why are you afraid from virus ? Its not possible to write a virus based on JAVA.

It is not only the virus. In case of the corrupted data you can loose your phone . Reflashing can bring it to life again. There are some flash files arond but I prefer to read original flash file from the phone and save it on my HD. Anyone knows where to find flashing softwares?
