T300 SMS export

Hi !

I'd like to export all my sms from my inbox of my T300 to my computer, even the ones saved on my sim card, and may be one day, bring them back on a newer SE cell phone.
Do you think it's possible, does anyone already test it ?

hum, Ho w should i connect the phone ?
I've the usb cable for the T300, but do i need to install the SE software to make it detectable by MPE ?

It will work.
You don't have to install the Software from SonyEricsson but you have to install the drivers for your USB-Cable. Is it an original SonyEricsson-Cable ?

Yep, it's the original SE USB-Cable.

I confirm that it can be done. I had a SE t300 and moved everything (sms+phonebook) to my new k610i using MPE.

The point is that I don't remember exactly how I managed to do it, cause I don't have the USB cable. I think I did it through IR, and virtual COM port.

Sorry for not being very helpful, but I don't remember how I managed it.

PS: and sorry for my bad english :S
