Calendar not syncing with new warranty replacement phone

I tried autodetect and then manual IP address, and set push Outlook to phone, but does not work. Some contacts are coming over but not all because my text messages are showing numbers that used to have names attached.

Sync wants to create new user and I think this has something to do with it. The old records still show up under the old user.

Just noticed there is a new version. My PC version is 1.8.5 and I loaded from the play store to my phone yesterday, which is 1.8.6. Is this the problem?

I loaded PC version 1.8.6 and I'm having the same problem. No change. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

I'm lost without my calendar on my phone.

Every phone is identified via it´s IMEI.
New phone - new IMEI.

1) Make sure no phone can be connected to the MPE.
2) Open the old user(phone) in MPE.
3) Create an Offline-Backup.
4) Connect new phone with MPE.
5) Take Backup into new phone.
