My LG Pro E988 updated the Android OS yesterday. I discovered that the External SD card (including my iSilo files and photos etc) has been moved to System storage\external_SD\Documents\iSilo etc. I want to add other documents but it will not let me. I have tried rebooting. I created a new folder but this made no difference. I get the error message:
Error during upload: (photo name).jpg OBEX Errorcode: DO - Internal Server Error. This happens both if I drag and drop or use Upload.
What can I do please?
Many thanks,
Dawei
Since Android update cannot upload files to phone
Yes, I checked, it is now Android 4.4.2, Kernel Version 3.4.0
So I will follow your suggestion and do a further search.
After I posted yesterday, I attached the phone to my computer directly by USB. I was able to navigate to the SD card, create a new folder, and drag the files into it from the computer. So it seems it is possible, but not by using MPE.
Thanks for your suggestion, I'll keep you posted.
