Hi, can someone please advise why MPE doubles up all my contacts on my phone (S4) and in out look when i sync? I have outlook 2010 and i am on microsoft exchange.
I'm guessing my "sync" set up" is wrong.. but i cant seem to figure out which is correct.. in the sync settings i have tried "outlook2010" and "MPE" and "Microsoft exchange" they all dont make a differnce..
In "sync mode" i have selected "sync both"?

I had this occur in the past and it turned out to be due to syncing multiple contact sources, which Android defaults to. I am now careful to regularly go into MPE settings AND also Android Settings->Accounts to make sure only my Device contacts/calendar/etc. are being sync'd (although you may prefer a different source for yours). This can get a bit tedious due to all the different apps that tend to want to sync contacts and calendars, but I have not had the duplicate entries recur since I did this. It would be super-nice if MPE had a setting that could automatically ignore extra account sources, but I'm not even sure how much of this is in their hands vs. the OS.
