Sms conversations without name

Hello everybody,

Am new with MPE and have connected my Samsung S3 (GT-I9305 with Android 4.3) to MPE on Windows Vista.
Had some troubles till correctly connected, may be because I didnt know the software. It's working now except for SMS conversations.
In the list of conv, only one name appears though all phone # are in the contacts.
Any idea ?

The names should appear after you restart MyPhoneExplorer

Using version 1.8.5 (french) it doesn't display the names, just phone numbers.

Probably MyPhoneExplorer has no contacts, please download the contacts from your phone (second button in the toolbar of the contacts view)

Please also check if there are several contacts with the same number.

Then software probably can not decide which name to choose, so it writes # instead.

FJ can correct me if I'm wrong...
