Help!! What software to backup message in P908? Thanks!

I have this P908 bought 3 years ago and now got 200 message inside to back up. I have called sony ericsson and they confirmed the bundled software cannot do it. Seems my phone explorer is also not compatible with this phone as I got "phone cannot be identified" error when trying to connect. Is there any software that I can use to do the back up of messages? Thanks a lot!

You can read at my homepage that symbian-phones are basicly not supported, so i can give you no help.

But you'll get some tips from me:
- maybe it works if you configure your phone as Modem
