Cant get my Message-popup to work

hi.. I cant get my message-popup to work in MyphoneExplore.. I cant click the little Boxs in settings in MyphoneExplorer, it is disabled but cant enable it.. what can I do?

Did you activated the option "stable connection" ? If yes, deactivate it.
