SOLVED! HTC One (Android 4.3) not recognized ...

I have been using my HTC One and MyPhoneExplorer with great success for 2 months now - however, after the recent software update in the HTC One (Android 4.3, HTC Sense 5.5), the phone is no longer recognized by MyPhoneExplorer.
I connect it via USB cable (Bluetooth does not work either); Windows 7 (x64) detects that a phone is connected, but cannot connect to the phone (there is a difference in the error messages between phone attached to the cable or not)

I sincerely hope, there will be an update to MyPhoneExplorer - as HTC Sync Manager indeed CAN see the phone (I did update the HTC Sync Manager and the driver to the latest version).

Edit: My bad (Ouch!) - Phone was not turned on (read: display was off) - and hence I didn't see the confirmation dialoque on the phone requesting accept for USB-debugging (apparently some ids have changed after the sw-update). After accepting this, everything is working again :)

I have same problem with galaxy s4 (Android 4.3) but when I plug the phone via usb port I did not see any confirmation dialoque on the phone requesting accept for USB-debugging.

The USB-debugging is enabled on the phone.

@sioux: Ensure that you installed the ADB-Drivers for your phone - check the device manager. If you still have no success then post the logfile after you tried to connect.
