i'm trying to connect my phone my SE f500i with my PC just to save my contacts which are stored in memory of cellphone and am using USB Cable DCU-11
so
in settings i have 2 ports listed:
COM1 Communication port
COM7 USB Cable DCU-11
and when i'm going on File/Connect the message appears: "Couldn't open COM7"
i tryed same on my laptop, and there i have only one port option:
COM3 HDAUDIO Soft Data Fax modem with smart CP and on Connect it says: 'Phone could not be indentified'
I really don't know what am i doing wrong here, i tryed tehnique which is in FAQ section with rebooting cellphone and PC but this doesn't help.
Please help me with this because i'm with this issue for the first time and i need this contacts to export from my SE f500i
