Is it possible to import contacts from Thunderbird to MPE, without syncing with the w810i?

I would like to get a specific address book from Thunderbird into MPE, edit some information and then sync from MPE to w810i?

Is this possible and how would I do it?

Import into MyPhoneExplorer (right Mouseclick) per ***.csv

MyPhoneExplorer also supports the Thunderbirds own *.ldif-Format. This is a littlebit better cause you have no problems with specialchars.
