Use another disk drive when sync'ing

Whenever I send/sync something from my phone to my computer using MPE I noticed it first copies all files to a directory on drive C and then it copies it to the desired folder. Given that my C drive is only used for windows and that it only has 3gb left I have to copy small quantities for it not to clutter my drive. Is there any way to set another drive for this purpose?

Move your database folder into another location (Settings->Advanced 2)
