Can't phone contacts from Phonebook

Sorry if this question been asked before, I tried to search for it and couldn't find it.

All of a sudden I can't right click and chose "call" on my conntacts in my phonebook. The call option is gray and disabled.

I can how ever right click and choose "call" in the list of made and recived calls.

I use Win7 Ultimate and My PhoneExplorer 1.8.4.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X8.

What can be the problem?

Which format have the phone numbers ? please give me an example (anonymize the last three digits)
