K610i Connection Problems

Hi FJ,

I've a K610i and i'm dealing with some connection problems...
I'm using my USB cable...
I connect the cable in the cell...then i connect in the laptop...
I'm asked about start in "File Transfer" or "Phone Mode"...i choose "Phone Mode"...
Then i open MyPhoneExplorer software and press F1...
The program starts to search in COM ports (number 3, 4, 5 and 6)...
And the end it gives me this error...


Can you give some help about this issue?

Install the drivers of your phone

I've already done that...
I am able to connect with Sony Ericsson software...
What's going wrong can you tell me?

Then CLOSE the PC-Suite before you connect with MyphoneExplorer. If this doesn't work then post me the logfile

There is something badly wrong with your drivers. Please reinstall them. The above line should look like this:
