New Contacts get merged with other contact info

I added a new contact to Outlook 2010. When I synced the contact to my SG3 it merged the phone numbers with a random contact in my phone. I added another contact a few days later and it did the same thing.

So I started reviewing my contacts on the phone and any new contact is merged with other contacts. These contacts don't have the same name. I am using 1.8.4 on Windows 7. When I view the contact in Windows MyPhoneExplorer the data is correct. It goes sour when transferring to the phone.

There happened some bad things with the contact database on the phone. Probably a sync done by another software (f.e.) did rebuild the whole database in the phone and so the contacts on the phone have new IDs - but its not able for MyPhoneExplorer to detect this. Please delete you phone profile in MyPhoneExplorer and then connect to your phone again so that all existing contact links between MyPhoneExplorer and Outlook are resetted
