Files on phone - synch with directory on computer

I wonder if there is a way to add a "synch with pc" which contains all the files saved on the phone. When this is activated each time a multi-synch is done the program checks if there are any new files on the phone and copies them to a place on the computer. This way it is much easier to browse pictures / videos on the computer in offline mode without taking a full backup and without having to connect the phone.
