Hi guys,

I just got a new w810i and I had archived a load of the messages from my k700. But now those messages seem to have disappeared. Is there anyway of retrieving them because I really don't want to have lost them!

Your messages are not lost. With a new phone MyPhoneExplorer creates a new User-Directory. One way would be to connect MyPhoneExplorer with the K700, the other way is to start MyPhoneExplorer with the K700 as user - please look at the english FAQ (Commandline parameters for MyPhoneExplorer)
