MyPhone Explorer wants to duplicate a lot on my phone

I used MyPhone Explorer to populate contacts, notes, and files on my phone. I first ran the PC to Phone mode and then switched to "Both" as the selection. MPE is trying to recreate about 160 contacts on my phone that already exist (MPE put them there). It is also trying to delete appointments on my phone calendar that it put there. It also trying to move, remove files that it put on the phone.

I'm very confused what to do.

I'm new to MPE and trying to figure out if it is the solution for me. Please help.

I can submit the log file, what is the best way?

The logfile is at the current point not helpfully. Lets do it step by step - first contacts:
- do you sync the contacts into a contact account or did you sync them just to "Phone"
- are those 160 contacts visible in the contactlist of MyPhoneExplorer already BEFORE you sync ?

calendar: probably MyPhoneExplorer wants to delete them on the phone cause they are outside the predefined timerange. check Menu-File-Settings-Sync-Calendar-Advanced

files:
Did you set up a file sync job ? if yes, the files were probably deleted on the PC and so myPhoneExplorer wants them also delete on the phone
